Citizens School students encourage kindness

July 9, 2010 at 11:40 am Leave a comment

Performed or experienced an act of kindness lately?

Let others know. The students of Citizens School have a blog with a clear, simple message: make acts of kindness a part of your daily life, and share them to affect others and make change.

The “Kids Step Up to Help Others” blog even recently acknowledged the founder and creators of Cradles to Crayons as being “everyday heroes.” The post also mentions other exemplory locally-based organizations, like RAW Art Works, for urban youth who are aspiring artists, and Back on My Feet, which encourages homeless individuals to run as excercise in order to promote self-sufficiency.

Whether you’d like to share an act of kindness, or just to get inspired, check out this blog.
